West Morgan is a perfect 3-0 against Madison County since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The West Morgan Rebels will be playing at home against the Madison County Tigers at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Thursday.

West Morgan made up a huge gap compared to their last game against St. John Paul II, but they still couldn't quite topple them. West Morgan's defense stepped up to hand St. John Paul II a 4-0 shutout on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won five games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit St. John Paul II with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Landon Henderson (2), Josh Garland, and Hector Carrilo.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous four contests, Madison County brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They blew past Danville 11-1 on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Madison County's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4. As for West Morgan, the win got them back to even at 6-6-1.

Everything went West Morgan's way against Madison County when the teams last played on March 4th, as West Morgan made off with a 6-1 victory. Will West Morgan repeat their success, or does Madison County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
