Basketball Recap: Easton Rhodes Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Tournament Opponent

Christian Learning Center won the last time they faced Tournament Opponent and things went their way on Saturday too. The Christian Learning Center Mustangs strolled past Tournament Opponent with points to spare, taking the game 53-34. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Christian Learning Center's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Easton Rhodes, who shot 44% from the field en route to 14 points along with five assists and four steals. Jackson Bean was another key player, going 6-for-12 on his way to 14 points and six boards.

Rhodes wasn't the only one working in the assist department: Christian Learning Center was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Christian Learning Center now has a winning record of 15-14.

Christian Learning Center didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-52 defeat against Tournament Opponent on the 1st. As for Tournament Opponent, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 77-56 loss against Liberty Bible Academy on the 1st.
