Basketball Recap: La Pine Takes a Loss

On Thursday, the La Pine Hawks opened the new year with a less-than-successful 49-38 loss to the Bandon Tigers. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

La Pine's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Bandon, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. La Pine will venture away from home to square off against Henley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bandon, they will head out to take on North Douglas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
