It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Wauseon can now relate to. They took a 53-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warrensville Heights Tigers on Wednesday. The Indians' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Warrensville Heights got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Skyler Ballard out in front who almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine assists. Ballard is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Katherine Mccormick, who posted 12 points.

Wauseon's defeat dropped their record down to 21-5. As for Warrensville Heights, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.
