Basketball Recap: Waterloo Christian Takes a Loss

Waterloo Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Clarksville Indians 49-17. The game marked the Regents' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Waterloo Christian's record is now 0-6. As for Clarksville, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Waterloo Christian will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on North Tama at 6:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Waterloo Christian is facing North Tama at the right time seeing as North Tama is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Clarksville also won't see the court for a while: their next matchup is against BCLUW at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. BCLUW will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Clarksville surely won't give up without a fight.
