Arcadia won the last time they faced Glendale and things went their way on Thursday too. The Apaches were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Nitros. The game was the first time the Apaches have beaten the Nitros on their court since September 17, 2019.

Arcadia's got stronger as the match went on, holding Glendale to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-13, 25-8.

Eden Coach paced Arcadia's offense, picking up eight kills. Coach got some help from Angelina Zhou and her 17 assists. Natalia Flores controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Arcadia has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Glendale, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-10.

Coming up, Arcadia will take on Hesperia Christian in a tournament on Saturday. As for Glendale, they will host Hoover at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
