Volleyball Recap: Pickerington North Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Rasherly Caceres and Alexa Thomas + How To Watch

If Pickerington North was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Olentangy Berlin on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell 3-1 to the Lincoln Lions on Tuesday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Alexa Thomas and Rasherly Caceres certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Thomas had 12 digs and one assist, while Caceres had 12 digs and nine kills. Caceres is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least five every time she's taken the court this season. Makiaya Turner also deserves some recognition as she had her first kills of the season.

Pickerington North's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 10-7. As for Lincoln, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.
