Basketball Game Preview: Valley Union Blue Devils vs. Patagonia Lobos

Having just played yesterday, the Valley Union Blue Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Patagonia Lobos at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Valley Union is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

On Wednesday, Valley Union was beaten by St. David 71-18.

Meanwhile, Patagonia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 53-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of North Phoenix Preparatory Academy.

Patagonia now has a losing record at 12-13. As for Valley Union, their loss dropped their record down to 1-13.

Valley Union ended up a good deal behind Patagonia in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, losing 49-31. Can Valley Union avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
