Basketball Game Preview: Centennial Eagles vs. Central Cobras

Centennial is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 65-62 win over Jupiter.

Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.5 points per game. As for Centennial, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Centennial lost to Central on the road by a decisive 86-69 margin in their previous matchup two weeks ago. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Central's Joseph Gayle, who went 14 for 18 en route to 32 points and six boards.
