Mountain View is 9-1 against Cokeville since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Buffalos will head out to face off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Mountain View is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Wyoming's top teams: Pinedale, who was ranked 16th at the time (Mountain View was ranked 15th). The Buffalos sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Wranglers on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Buffalos.

Mountain View wouldn't go down easily and took Pinedale into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 17-25, 23-25, 17-15.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Saturday. Cokeville put the hurt on Saratoga with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Cokeville never let Saratoga on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-7, 25-22.

Mountain View's record is now 19-12-1. As for Cokeville, their record now sits at 16-11.

Mountain View took their win against Cokeville in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Buffalos since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
