When it comes to explaining why North Valley Christian Academy lost, don't look at Mackenzie Benso. Despite the final result, she had 13 digs and three assists. Benso has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Thunderbird's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bailey Thornton led the charge by getting eight digs and five aces. That's the most aces Thornton has posted over her last 11 contests.
