Basketball Recap: Boquet Valley Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Boquet Valley won the last time they faced Keene Central, and Claire Reynolds did her part to make sure it happened again. The Boquet Valley Griffins simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Keene Central Beavers 76-35 thanks in part to Reynolds, who went 15 of 29 on her way to 33 points and seven steals. That makes it nine consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Boquet Valley's points.

Another player making a difference was Sophie Pulsifer, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played.

Boquet Valley's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-5. As for Keene Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Boquet Valley has already played their next game (against Lake Placid), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Keene Central will welcome Chazy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
