Baseball Game Preview: Camden Bulldogs vs. Lancaster Bruins

The Camden Bulldogs will head out to face off against the Lancaster Bruins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Camden and Hartsville, and Hartsville kept the tradition alive. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Red Foxes by a score of 6-5 on Thursday. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Lancaster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 6-3 to Camden.

Lancaster saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Darius Jackson, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Lancaster's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Camden, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Camden beat Lancaster 6-3 in their previous matchup on Tuesday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
