Volleyball Recap: Northfield Takes a Loss

Northfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Champlin Park Rebels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Northfield's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Champlin Park, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-2.

Northfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Jefferson on the 20th. As for Champlin Park, they will face off against Maple Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
