West Carroll waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Benton Zephyrs. The Thunder were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Zephyrs, so the Thunder were just returning the favor.

Courtney Knop paced West Carroll's offense, picking up seven kills. Knop got some help from Audri Wilcox and her 13 assists. Claire Handel controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The win got West Carroll back to even at 7-7. As for Benton, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

West Carroll has already played their next contest (against Orangeville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Benton, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Warren on the 20th.
