Soccer Game Preview: Smiths Station vs. Opelika

The Smiths Station Panthers will face off against the Opelika Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Smiths Station's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Smiths Station managed to keep up with Central until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Smiths Station came up short against Central, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, Opelika lost 4-1 to Wetumpka on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Indians: they've now lost four in a row.
