Basketball Game Preview: Dewar Dragons vs. Kinta Eagles

The Dewar Dragons will challenge the Kinta Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dewar will be strutting in after a victory while Kinta will be coming in after a defeat.

Dewar will head into Tuesday's match on the come-up: they were handed a 20-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Weleetka, sneaking past 39-37. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Dragons as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Kinta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-53 heartbreaker at the hands of Oktaha.

Dewar's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Kinta, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.
