Baseball Recap: Albany Gets the Win

After losing to Anson the last time they met, Albany decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lions came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 6-2 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Albany's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Clay Chapman, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Landon Picquet also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Albany now has a winning record of 5-4-3. As for Anson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.
