Basketball Recap: Shippensburg Greyhounds vs. Boiling Springs Bubblers        
        
		
            
 The Shippensburg Greyhounds were the  70-57 winner over the Boiling Springs Bubblers when they last played one another  back in February of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Shippensburg fell  63-54 to the Bubblers on Saturday. While losing is never fun, Shippensburg can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings  (they are ranked 620th, while the Bubblers are ranked 177th).
 Boiling Springs' win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Brandon Ascione, who  scored 20 points.  Brayden Richie was another key contributor,  scoring 21 points.
 Shippensburg's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Boiling Springs, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won six of their last seven games,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
 Shippensburg will head out on the road to  face off against  the Eagles at 7:30  p.m.  on Monday. Dover is coming into the  game on a five-game losing streak. As for Boiling Springs, they will look to defend their home court  on Wednesday against the Bulldogs at 7:30  p.m. Big Spring is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a three-game streak of away losses.
