After a string of five wins, Governor Mifflin's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They took a 59-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dallastown Wildcats. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Mustangs came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Wildcats are ranked 342nd).

Governor Mifflin's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Dallastown, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Governor Mifflin will be playing in front of their home fans against Elizabethtown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Dallastown, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Dallastown Wildcats duke it out with the Northeastern Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
