Volleyball Recap: Kimberly Snags Ninth Win in Last Ten Games

Kimberly's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Edgewood Crusaders 2-1.

Kian Lamers paced Kimberly's offense, picking up 11 kills. Lamers got some help from Blake Zielinski and his 23 assists.

Kimberly is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. As for Edgewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Kimberly has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Catholic Memorial on the 27th. As for Edgewood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Madison Memorial on the 27th.
