Recap: Forest Lake Christian Falcons vs. Encina Prep Bulldogs
The Forest Lake Christian Falcons's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their 20th straight defeat. They were outmatched by Encina Prep at home and fell 100-37. Forest Lake Christian has not had much luck with Encina Prep recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Despite the defeat, Forest Lake Christian saw an underclassman step up: Brendan Hooper scored 12 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Caleb Fenton, who scored eight points.
Encina Prep got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Phillip Worsham out in front who scored 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nate Wroten, who scored 24 points.
Forest Lake Christian's defeat was their ninth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Encina Prep, their win bumped their record up to 15-6.

As for Encina Prep, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning at 6:00 p.m. Encina Prep knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 20 matchups -- so hopefully Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning likes a good challenge.
