The Morenci Wildcats will face off against the Benson Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Benson took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Morenci, who comes in off a win.
Morenci will bounce into Friday's match after beating Round Valley, who they hadn't topped in nine consecutive meetings. Morenci skirted past Round Valley 6-3.

Dawson Judd put forth a good effort for the losing side as he rushed for 58 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also threw for 91 yards and a touchdown. Flint Davis handled things on the ground, rushing for 84 yards.
The win got Morenci back to even at 1-1. As for Benson, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
