Del Valle and Lake Travis are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2019, but likely not for long. The Cardinals will be playing at home against the Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Julianna Rodriguez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in 13 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Kamdyn Ingram was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.

Del Valle's win bumped their record up to 12-4-1. As for Lake Travis, their victory bumped their record up to 14-8-1.
