Volleyball Recap: Ben L. Smith Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ben L. Smith was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Southwest Guilford Cowboys. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Golden Eagles of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2020.

The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-7, 25-5.

Ben L. Smith's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Southwest Guilford, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Ben L. Smith is set to face off against their familiar foe Dudley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Southwest Guilford will take on rival Western Guilford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
