Oyster River came tearing into Friday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.2 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 58-46 victory over the Coe-Brown Academy Bears. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bobcats also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Oyster River's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-2. As for Coe-Brown Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Bobcats take on the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Coe-Brown Academy, they will challenge Pelham at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
