Basketball Recap: Nashua North Comes Up Short

Nashua North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 66-27 defeat at the hands of the Londonderry Lancers. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Lancers are ranked first).

Nashua North's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Londonderry, the win (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 19-1.

Coming up, Nashua North will take on Windham at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Windham will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Nashua North surely won't give up without a fight. Londonderry has already played their next matchup (against Central Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
