Basketball Recap: Crosby Triumphs

Crosby's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They skirted past the Kingwood Park Panthers 59-57. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2018.

EVAN EGANS was his usual excellent self, going 9 for 15 on his way to 25 points. Those 25 points gave him a new career-high. PHILLIP JACKSON was another key player, putting up three points and six rebounds.

Crosby now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Kingwood Park, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-7.

Crosby wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 74-59 victory against Pasadena on the 20th. As for Kingwood Park, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 50-48 win against West Fork on the 20th.
