Softball Recap: Northside Takes a Loss

Northside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 13-3 to the Rogers Mountaineers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mountaineers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-3 back in March.

Addison Foster made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run. Another player making a difference was Eden Davis, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Northside's record is now 2-14. As for Rogers, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northside will square off against Farmington at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Rogers, they will face off against Bentonville West at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
