Volleyball Recap: Franklin-Simpson Comes Up Short

Franklin-Simpson was the 2-1 winner over Barren County when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans on Thursday.

Franklin-Simpson dropped their record down to 9-23 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Barren County, their victory bumped their record up to 18-13.

Looking ahead, Franklin-Simpson will venture away from home to square off against Todd County Central at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Barren County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
