Volleyball Recap: Metro Tech Comes Up Short

After flying high against Carl Hayden Community on Friday, Metro Tech came back down to earth. The Knights fell 3-1 to the McClintock Chargers on Monday. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Chargers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Metro Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for McClintock, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Metro Tech is set to square off against their familiar foe Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, McClintock will face off against rival North at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
