Soccer Recap: Danville Comes Up Short

Danville came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 10-0 to the Fort Madison Bloodhounds.

Danville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Fort Madison, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 6-0-1.

Danville will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Quincy Notre Dame at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Fort Madison, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Fairfield on the 14th.
