Cascade is 8-2 against Stayton since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Cascade Cougars will welcome the Stayton Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Cascade is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past La Pine 68-23 last Friday. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Hawks are ranked 220th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Stayton put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Madras to the tune of 55-23.

Stayton pushed their record up to 14-0 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.2 points per game. As for Cascade, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
