It was a good run, but Shenango unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 58-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Neshannock Lancers. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 341st, while the Lancers are ranked 60th).

Shenango now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Neshannock, they pushed their record up to 13-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Shenango and Mohawk Area will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. As for Neshannock, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Rochester at 7:00 p.m.
