Baseball Recap: Colfax Beats Rosemont for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Colfax put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Rosemont Wolverines. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2021.

Cody Tonini was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Adam Harvey, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Colfax's record is now 3-0. As for Rosemont, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colfax will challenge Sutter at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rosemont, they will face off against El Camino at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
