Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Ignatius). Everything went their way against the Cumberland Valley Eagles on Saturday as they made off with a 7-0 win. St. Ignatius' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

St. Ignatius' victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Cumberland Valley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Ignatius will host St. Charles at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cumberland Valley, they will take on Carlisle at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Carlisle's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
