Volleyball Recap: Rockville Find Success

With a playoff win on the line, Rockville rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They came out on top against Cheshire by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Rockville.

Caroline Burg paced Rockville's offense, picking up 28 kills. Burg got some help from Adalyn Ageyman and her 34 assists. Finally, Caitlin Yarusewicz kept Rockville's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

When it comes to explaining why Cheshire lost, don't look at Sarah Mollin. Despite the final result, she had six aces and three digs.

Rockville's win bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Cheshire, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.

Coming up, Rockville will be playing at home against Guilford at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cheshire does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
