Western Alamance kept a clean sheet against Person on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Rockets with a sharp 9-0 victory. Give Western Alamance's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting Person from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Grant Bacchus led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Western Alamance's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Person, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6-1.
