Baseball Recap: Princeton Comes Up Short

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 18-3 to the Lake Highlands Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since April 16, 2024.

Princeton's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-1. As for Lake Highlands, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3-2.

Princeton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-1 defeat against Plano East on the 12th. As for Lake Highlands, they have also already played their next game, a 10-3 win against Pearce on the 11th.
