Pasco's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with an 8-4 win over the Walla Walla Blue Devils. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Blue Devils last Tuesday, they had to take a 20-10 loss.

Dakota Gillum was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (three). Another player making a difference was Caleb Szendre, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI.

Pasco's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-5. As for Walla Walla, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pasco will square off against rival Kennewick at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Walla Walla is set to challenge their familiar foe Hermiston at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for the Blue Devils and four for the Bulldogs.
