Muskego entered their tilt with Waukesha West on Thursday with eight consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with nine. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over the Wolverines. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since April 26th.

Muskego pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Waukesha West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-10.

Looking ahead, Muskego will head out to face off against Waukesha North at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Waukesha West will be paying especially close attention to the Warriors' match: after the Warriors face off against the Northstars, they'll take on Waukesha West again at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
