 Brushton-Moira scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the St. Lawrence Central Larries with a sharp  23-5 victory. Considering Brushton-Moira has won four contests by more than eight  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
  Mason Poirer was a major factor no matter where he played. He  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Poirer was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Tristan Russell, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.  Broc Allen was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Brushton-Moira and  bumps their season record up to 4-7. As for St. Lawrence Central,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 1-3.
 Brushton-Moira will be playing at home against Tupper Lake at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. St. Lawrence Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
