Softball Recap: Hellgate Takes a Loss

Hellgate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Big Sky Eagles, falling 14-4. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by exactly ten runs.

Hellgate saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Shannon Kane, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Hellgate's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Big Sky, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
