North Cobb Christian pushed their record up to 23-8-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.4 runs over those games. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-9.
