Baseball Recap: Sageview Find Success

Sageview won the last time they faced Pasco and things went their way on Friday too. The Lobos sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Bulldogs. That's two games straight that the Lobos have won by exactly two runs.

The win made it two in a row for Sageview and bumps their season record up to 3-8. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of two runs across that stretch. As for Pasco, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sageview is set to challenge their familiar foe Chiawana at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pasco will take on rival Richland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
