Blake Shadowen was the best pitcher in District 10 this week, leading
McLean County. Over the past week, he had zero wins and seven Ks.
Tyler Tichenor was the hottest hitter in the league this week, racking up a .417 average with one RBI. His
Ohio County team went 0-3.
The Cougars' pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only 23 hits and 19 walks, both of which led the league. McLean County has given up a mere 179 hits on the year, while striking out 137 opposing hitters.
Brennan Smith is the leader in that category with 44 Ks on the season.
