Walsh had lost ten straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped down to 1-11 to make it 11. They came up short against the Holly Wildcats, falling 3-0. Madilyn Tedder paced Walsh's offense, picking up five kills. Tedder got some help from Ava Alley and her ten assists. Yaneidi Calzada and Audrey Caddick kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Holly to victory, but perhaps none more so than Miranda Valdez, who had nine digs and three assists. Natalia Garrido was another key player, getting 12 digs and two aces.
