Volleyball Recap: Cordova Extends Road Winning Streak to Seven

Cordova took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against El Dorado, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Cordova Lancers came out on top in a nail-biter against the El Dorado Cougars on Tuesday, sneaking past 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Lancers, who have now won four matches in a row.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Cordova who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 24-26, 27-25, 25-27, 15-13.

Cordova's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-3. As for El Dorado, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
