Camden Hills won the last time they faced Brewer and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Windjammers came out on top against the Witches by a score of 6-1. The victory was nothing new for the Windjammers as they're now sitting on six straight.

Maya Stone was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in May of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, Thea Laukka was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last six games she's played. Another player making a difference was Evangelene Morneau, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Camden Hills pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Brewer, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.
