Baseball Game Preview: East Ridge Knights vs. Lake Mary Prep Griffins

The East Ridge Knights will take on the Lake Mary Prep Griffins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Last Friday, East Ridge didn't have quite enough to beat Lake Minneola and fell 5-4.

Haisum Osuna was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Lake Mary Prep fell victim to Taylor and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 14-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Griffins haven't been shut out since back in February.

East Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Lake Mary Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.
